The incumbent in the role will partner with leaders across the People Experience team to help deliver learning, engagement, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization. This will include supporting needs assessments, program delivery and project management, participation in engagement survey administration, analysis, and reporting, and supporting various programs including, but not limited to in-person learning programs, learning grant writing, employee resource group support and enhancement. The position will also be responsible for working across the People (HR) & Facilities team to support communication plans and materials to support deliverables. This position is hybrid and requires 50% in office presence in our Wayne, PA HQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery of in-person and virtual learning programs across the organization to include logistical/planning support, catering, contract administration, and other duties as assigned required for successful delivery. This includes the administration and delivery of learning tools, as well as administration responsibilities through the enterprise-wide Learning Management System.
  • Support alignment of all talent programs including Leadership and Employee Development, Employee Resource Groups, Corporate Engagement Programs, Internal Coaching, Performance Management, and Talent Review & Succession Planning. Supporting new programs as identified, needed, or apparent.
  • Researches, applies for, and manages learning/training grant applications for state, federal, and local with workforce development agencies. Interfaces with internal and external counsel to ensure all requirements are met for successful grant applications.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and growth of the internal intranet site, including regular auditing of People-related pages to enhance, update, or retire to ensure consistency, accuracy, and engaging content - working closely with the Marketing & Communication team for support.
  • Maintain project management timelines, schedules, budgets, and decision matrixes as needed for internal learning programs and strategies. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and partners who provide learning, engagement, and DEI solutions and services.
  • Support the creation of HR communication and Employer Value Promise social media strategy and execution on a regular basis.
  • Support People Business Partners (HRBPs) with internal marketing and communication efforts, building presentation decks, supplying regular reporting for their business areas, and other talent-related duties that may become apparent.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to create, maintain, and continuously improve People Experience dashboards and metrics.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate learning programs for employees and managers on topics such as leadership, communication, feedback, and DEI.
  • You may be required, on an infrequent cadence, to travel to other in footprint offices or locations to support in-person events.
  • Other duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
  • Work Experience: 4 or more years of prior work related experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience either as a student in an academic setting or in a corporate setting, preferably within Human Resources, Executive Assistant, or Project Management
  • Requires basic understanding of HR core functions, as well as basic knowledge of human behavior and adult learning theories.
  • Incumbent can demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated empathy, and attention to detail. Outstanding verbal, written, multitasking and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across and embrace difference.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others.
  • Project-Management Skills: demonstrated experience of managing multiple projects or major life events at one time.
  • Technology-Savvy: Able to quickly learn and navigate systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with SharePoint a plus.
  • Highly detail oriented.
