We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team in our Upland, PA. location. This posting is for Full-Time, Second Shift - Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am EST.

Earn up to $17.30/hr!

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Long Term Structured Residential (LTSR) programs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Teach life skills to severely mentally ill adults.
• Run skills groups.
• Participate in cleaning and laundry.
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments and outings.
• Document daily progress notes, crisis notes, and incident reports.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a minimum 12 college credits in Human Services or a related field OR 6 months of experience.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
