Jefferson includes Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, a dynamic university and health system with broad reach across the Delaware Valley. Jefferson is the second largest employer in Philadelphia and the largest health system in Philadelphia based on total licensed beds.

Through the merger of Thomas Jefferson University and Philadelphia University in 2017, our University includes ten colleges and four schools. Assists My Sisterrsquo;s Place in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, providing daily community meetings and assisting in various procedures. Works closely with the BSW, Residential Operations Supervisor and transdisciplinary team and reports any changes in patientrsquo;s mood or behavior in a timely fashion. When necessary assists the BSW and MSP staff with pre-admission screening calls from referral sources. Also provides information about the program to callers. Serves as a 24 hour essential employee providing direct care to residents. Supports residents in achieving their treatment plan goals including but not limited to learning and executing daily living skills, parenting, dietary, and recovery goals. Patient population is pregnant and parenting women, and their children (0-6 years old), receiving care for substance use disorders.
