Location:

• Complete device history record review and release approval of products inaccordance with finished product inspection procedures.

• Ability to identify non-conformities at the time of final inspection.

• Create, review, and approve product certifications.

• Complete visual inspection of product labeling prior to the issuance of theprepared labels to manufacturing.

• Ability to identify label printing errors and prevent issuance of incorrect labelingto production.

• Complete incoming inspection of raw materials in accordance with definedprocedures and specifications. Results of the evaluations are documented onthe appropriate component inspection report.

• Keep track of various gauges and tools used for incoming inspection to ensurethey are within calibration dates.

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment.

• Complete all training activities successfully and on time.

• Inspection and final release of regulators.

• Other duties as assigned.

• AS Degree in a scientific discipline preferred; a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Quality will be considered in lieu of degree
