We're seeking a future team member in the role of Mainframe Automation Engineer to join our Technology Services Group team.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • By Supporting OPS/MVS, System State Manager, GDPS, and Safe Guarded Copy automation environments using ISPF/TSO, JCL, OPS/REXX, System Automation, and ServiceNow.
  • By Supporting Windows Server environments and Automation Point using HTML, SQL, Powershell, REXX, Ansible, ServiceNow, and GIT.
  • By Optimizing the effectiveness of the organization's existing infrastructure technology.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 2-10 years technical experience with increasing responsibilities, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Knowledge should include using request and change management to implement assigned work.
  • Experience should include Console and/or Helpdesk Operations, Operations Systems Support (OSS), and OPS/MVS Mainframe Automation Support.
  • Self-starter with effective oral and written communication skills, customer-service oriented, an experienced problem solver who seeks assistance when necessary.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and works well in a team-oriented environment.
