License to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Several years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates quality improvement activities for all pharmacy entities of TJUH, Inc. Acts as a departmental liaison with hospital Performance Improvement Program. Assures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Acts as Medication Safety Coordinator for TJUH, Inc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collects/analyzes PI data relating to medication use.
• Oversees the activities of the Medication Quality Subcommittee.
• Assures the implementation of processes to assure the quality of Pharmacy services.
