What you'll do:

As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine Operator, you'll be at the forefront of modern manufacturing, utilizing advanced technology to produce precision parts and components. Your primary responsibility is to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they function efficiently and accurately. You'll work with a variety of materials, such as metals, plastics, and composites, following detailed instructions and blueprints to produce parts according to precise specifications.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding of machining principles.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software for programming and editing CNC programs.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting machine issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in CNC machining or related manufacturing roles is preferred, but on-the-job training may be provided for entry-level positions.
