We are seeking a Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse to join our team in our Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) in Upland, PA.

Earn $85,000 a year.

In this role you will be responsible for the management of department staff, in the performance of all clinical and administrative duties related to nursing services for the LTSR. You will be responsible for ensuring that adequate coverage and assignments on all shifts. You will be reviewing and evaluating the educational and training needs for direct reports, planning, and conducting training to enhance nursing skills and ensure compliance. Performs all nursing duties as needed. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the nursing services provided to the individuals we serve. Accountable for safety, security and quality for staff and individuals served.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active RN license in PA required.
• One year of direct nursing experience required.
• Mental Health experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles, integrated health and wellness, and teamwork environment preferred.
