As a Sonographer, you will use the latest technology to perform a variety of ultrasound procedures and provide expert care to patients. While you individually select and operate ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for procedures and evaluate images for technical quality, you will also work closely with our larger medical team.

Position: Cardiac Sonographer
Shift: Full-time, days (40 hours per week)

Experience:
1.Minimum of 1 years experience as a cardiac sonographer preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience preferred if not a graduate of an accredited cardiac ultrasound training program
2. Ability to perform Echo, Stress Echo, and assist with TEE.

Education:

Cardiology Graduate of a cardiac ultrasound training program(Accredited Program Preferred)with an Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology or 3 years experience in the field.


Licensures/Certifications:
1. RDCS, RCVT, RCS, preferred, or registry eligible. If registry eligible, registration must be obtained within 1 year.

2. BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in
CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
