We are currently hiring aSr. Human Resource Business PartnerinBreinigsville, PA.

The Sr. HR Business Partner collaborates in planning with the business and ensures focus on results and outcomes. They understand BBC's strategy and goals and can translate those goals into actionable People & Culture objectives in support of the business strategy. As a partner to a designated group of teams/functions, they focus on an integrated approach to the business that leverages local and organization-wide capabilities. They link strongly to People & Culture centers of excellence and assign business leaders to collaborate, implement, and optimize talent, structure, process, and culture. A credible, impactful collaborator, they operate with an action-oriented approach knowing how to measure the results of various People & Culture activities and responding to the dynamic needs of our customers.

This is an onsite position at the Breinigsville, PA Brewery.

What You'll Brew:

  • Provide leadership to internal customers and within the broader People & Culture (P&C) Organization
  • Establish strong and effective working relationships with internal and external customers to promote and support positive coworker relations, company culture, and coworker engagement efforts
  • Develop and lead the execution of P&C programs that support departmental objectives. Programs should positively impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of talent as well as maintain the company's strong culture.
  • Assist coworkers and managers by handling P&C-related questions, policy interpretation, and helping resolve coworker relations issues as needed
  • Guide on company policies as outlined in the Coworker Handbook and per all BBC policies and procedures
  • Create and facilitate training programs as necessary
  • Conduct exit interviews, share feedback, highlight trends
  • Collaborate with leadership on opportunities or issues within the business and develop innovative solutions to address
  • Recommend and identify critical roles and high-potential coworkers within the assigned business area
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to drive:
    • Organizational talent management and programs
    • Compensation planning programs
    • Diversity and Inclusion programs

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
  • 5+ years of labor relations experience including leadership of contract negotiation and/or union mitigation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Strong Lean/ Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience

Level: 4

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $132,600 - $208,000 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
