Burns is currently seeking a Sr. Configuration Management Specialist to join our Railroad & Transit team in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Summary
Under direct supervision of the project manager, and with the cooperation and guidance of other ranking technical staff, provide for configuration management of software and system engineering deliverables. Additionally, provide the setup, training, and maintenance of configuration management tools and processes.
Essential Duties & Responsbilities
Education & Qualfications
College-level English (Excellent level of written and spoken English).
Ability to "translate" engineering to common language. Comprehend and apply general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations composed in English.
Author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Present information and respond to questions from groups peers, managers, and clients.
