Job Description

We are seeking a Pilot Line Representative (Metal Deco Ink) to work with us. This individual will performinplant duties under minimal supervision, acting as a liaison between INX, INX's customers, and our customer's customers.This role pilots and proofs the cans that will subsequently be produced on a large scale.As a Pilot LineRepresentative, you will be responsible for:

  • Staying updated on the customer's print job schedule and production needs
  • Color-matching
  • Staging work for pilot runs
  • Performing QC on incoming inks
  • Troubleshooting all ink-related printing problems
  • Recordkeeping
  • Inventory management
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and colormatching skills
  • Exhibit good computer skills
  • Pass color vision test
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively communicate with peers and customers
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Previous lab, inplant, warehouse, and customer service skills
