We are seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD)division to join our team in our Hummelstown, PA location.

As an LPN you will provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities by completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational LPN program.
  • Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
  • One year of experience as an LPN preferred
  • Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
  • A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
