We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Delaware County, PA location.

Earn $30.59 per hour

Position Details

The LPN will be working in a 16-bed facility, with individuals with a mental illness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for any physical illnesses, educate residents on healthy living and medication compliance, Participant as an active member of a multidisciplinary team Communicate effectively with supervisor and report any concerns. The LPN will also be working with individuals in the community. Responsibilities include but not limited to monitor vital signs, assess for any physical illnesses, educate residents on healthy living, medication compliance and review the MAR. Communicate effectively with house manager and report any concerns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
  • 2 years of nursing experience
  • 1 year of behavioral health experience
