Primary Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Manager Medical Education, and in conjunction with the Associate Dean/DIO, is primarily responsible for coordinating the administrative activities and the day to day operations of Undergraduate Medical Education to promote and facilitate efficient and effective services of the Abington Hospital ndash; Jefferson Health (AH) Medical Education Programs.
3+ years coordinator/project management experience required. Experience working in healthcare strongly preferred
Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
Valid Driverrsquo;s License
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, work effectively in a team environment and independently, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks, and to learn new software programs.
Must be detail oriented. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required.
Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington ndash; Jefferson Healthrsquo;s auto insurance policy.
Any and all major violations incurred must be immediately reported to the manager, department head, or Human Resources department.
