* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Social Services, Healthcare or related field. At least 1 year of experience working directly with children; or H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent plus 12 behavioral health college credit hours from an approved educational program plus a minimum of 2 years experience (paid or unpaid) in a human service field. The experience must involve direct contact with the individual receiving services (i.e. coaching, teaching, case management, etc.)
* Experience in residential or other services to children with MR/MH preferred.
* Good communication and counseling skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team.
* Proficiency in various computer technologies including Electronic Health Record, Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
* Fee-for-service experience required and ability to maintain daily productivity standards using an Electronic Health Record.
* Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Scope:
* Frequent talking and listening.*
* Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop and bend which may include direct intervention with residents.
* May require crisis intervention to emergency situations inclusive of passive restraints (if necessary).
* Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
