The Licensed Practical Nurse under the direction of a Registered Nurse has the responsibility, accountability and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the agency and the Scope of Practical Nursing Practice.

Experience:
1. One year of recent med-surgical experience in an acute or long term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting.
2. Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.

Education:
Must have graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current LPN license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania required.

2. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Requirements:

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
