The successful candidate will have the following:
*Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management, Business or Public Administration or related field preferred and at least 2 years relevant experience; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
*Knowledge of HRIS related data systems experience.
*Knowledge and experience working with UKG
*Prior administration or supervisory experience required.
*Knowledge and ability to learn employment laws and regulations.
*Highly organized.
*Can work independently and with a team.
*Ability to create, modify and understand report writing.
*Ability to analyze data and identify needed systems or process improvements.
*Flexibility to work with people, rules and program needs.
*Able to travel between office locations in the Philadelphia area
Scope:
- Required sitting for long periods of time.
- Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs.
