The focus of the role will be on managing the new talent acquisition process for the East Division, a team of 1100+ professionals. This will involve working with our hiring managers, corporate HR recruiting team, external staffing agencies, and divisional leadership to ensure there is a holistic approach to identifying needed staff; setting talent acquisition strategy (e.
