As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will help the Lackawanna CAO with a variety of clerical duties. Your work will enhance staff members' ability to provide quality services to the citizens of Pennsylvania. As the first point of contact for the office, your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will ensure that the clients who receive assistance will have the best information. The clerical assistant inputs information and verifies that the information is correct. You will also receive applications for the various income maintenance programs provided by the Department of Human Services. Additional duties include scanning and filing documents and processing mail.
