In the role of Administrative Officer 2, you will be a part of the Office of Financial Management and Administration, specifically the Grants Management division. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the financial management of state and federal funding streams, as well as the administration and monitoring of subgrants within those streams. It will be your duty to ensure that all funds are utilized in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking and monitoring the expenditures, commitments, and available balances of the appropriation/federal award, including the PCCD administration portion of each appropriation/federal award.
