As a Customer Success Representative, you are responsible for prospecting and developing new IT business leads, as well as account management of a select group of accounts. This role requires an energetic and diligent approach to new business development and customer relationships.

Your mission will be to source, identify and nurture new business by developing strong, successful relationships with potential and current customers. This position is a mix of business development, account management and understanding how technology solutions can address the customer's business needs.
