Air Products has participated in various university cooperative education programs since the early 1960s. In addition to practical work experience, our programs include seminars, tours and various social activities - all intended to enhance your personal and professional development.

The Program: Generally, undergraduate students selected for a co-op position has completed their freshman year. We are interested in candidates who are highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills, recognized leadership experience and outstanding academic records in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.

Length of Assignments: ~16 weeks in length but could span the summer as well

Work Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania (global headquarters)

Potential Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Create SharePoint landing pages to link procedures and policies
  • Run reports for MOC and analyze data, follow-up with owners for closure of outstanding MOCs
  • Review Service Now requests and assist process manager as needed
  • Update SharePoint links from apshare to cloud in order to direct users to the right path
  • Update metadata in SharePoint
  • Able to update PowerPoint presentation (training material) as per the new standard template
  • Follow-up with owners to close the overdue procedures
  • Understand process flows and training material

  • Excel - Pivots, graphs, data analysis
  • SharePoint - create lists, assign user permissions
  • PowerPoint - Edit templates, update content
  • Detailed oriented, good communication skills and fast learner, good email etiquette

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
