This position is for a privileged user (system administrator) who enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and is able to project a calm demeanor with even the most difficult of users, customers, and program managers. This is an excellent opportunity for a system administrator professional to take his/her technical skills to the next level by developing and integrating a sound Cybersecurity foundation. Members of the system administrator team work with a Team Lead who will set team priorities and serve as the conduit for escalation of issues.

Must possess an understanding of virtual hosts.
Must be able to troubleshoot Windows 10.
Must be able to troubleshoot Windows Server (2008, 2012, or 2016).
Must be able to configure operating systems or software as required by appropriate hardening guides (STIG).
Must understand the basics of Linux.
Must be able to troubleshoot network issues and understand ACLs.
Should understand Windows Deployment Services (WDS) or similar image deployment processes.
