Description
As the Postal Contract Manager, you will perform all duties with regard to USPS contracts. You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a family orientated culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review contractual documents to ensure compliance.
- Assist in negotiating customer contracts.
- Coordinate resolution to a diverse range of complex issues.
- Provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents.
- Review and evaluate requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company.
- Ensure the proper execution of contract requirements.
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
- Participate in or coordinate the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contract modifications with customers.
- Reconcile contract payments.
- Some Travel Required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years office experience.
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project and time management.
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
- Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
