As the Postal  Contract Manager, you will perform all duties with regard to USPS contracts. You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a family orientated culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review contractual documents to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in negotiating customer contracts.
  • Coordinate resolution to a diverse range of complex issues.
  • Provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents.
  • Review and evaluate requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company.
  • Ensure the proper execution of contract requirements.
  • Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
  • Participate in or coordinate the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contract modifications with customers.
  • Reconcile contract payments. 
  • Some Travel Required.

Requirements

    

  •  Bachelor's degree.
  •  Minimum of 8 years office experience. 
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project and time management.
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
