Position Objective:

Provide exposure to data analytics and sales analysis for Decorative Finishing Americas utilizing BW, SPS commerce POS information, SAP data extracts, Microsoft Power BI, and other tools as necessary.

DUTIES

• Support generation, improvement, and automatization of existing sales reports.
• Participate in the creation of Power BI sales management dashboard.
• Participate in projections related to POS reporting with specific goal of improving SW POS monthly reports.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of enterprise applications including Office 365 and ERP systems
• Customer-service oriented self-starter with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire and ability to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies
• Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly from team and peers
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Highly motivated to learn
• Creative problem solver

Relationship to Others:

• Position is part of the Sales Analytics department that supports management and all internal and external sales personnel for DF Americas.

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in accredited college, university, or technical school for Data Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science

• Knowledge and course work in Data Analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

• Basic knowledge of SAP, BW, BI or similar reporting software is a plus
