Summary:
At The Hershey Company, a Creative Marketing Intern has the opportunity and responsibility to work on select projects and activities as part of Hershey's in-house creative agency, C-Sweet.

This newly internship position will receive exposure to various aspects of the creative marketing disciplines that reside in C-Sweet, including: social media content creation, digital advertising, design principles, video editing, general production, big-idea concept development, earned media, and more.

Primary responsibilities

• Social Content Creation: Creative marketing intern will be asked to develop a plan and produce content for upcoming brand campaigns; intern may also be responsible for putting together latest social content trends by channel.
• Video Production: Creative marketing intern may be asked to develop short-form content for brand, promotion, or company across platforms
• Creative Ideation: Creative marketing intern should have cultural curiosity and interest in creating the future of marketing as part of creative ideation sessions with larger team. Creative ideation will be a critical lever in how we connect our brands to relevant trends and key consumers to ultimately grow

Responsibilities:

• Social media content creation and monitoring
• Digital and promotional strategy and development
• Creative collaboration and workshops; participation in cross-functional projects
• Training course development for social media content creation best practices

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate college/university
• Team player
• Superior knowledge social media
• Ability to spot social media trends (and/or upcoming trends)
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions
• Strong verbal and creative communicator
