CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a On-Site Representative to join our OPM/CM Team located in Buffalo, NY.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA works closely with and on behalf of our clients to ensure the on-time, on-budget, high-quality completion of design and construction projects. We actively lead a project and support the owner from preliminary planning and design through construction and project close-out with a focus on three core priorities: schedule, cost and quality.

The On-Site Representative will be a primary point of contact representing CHA at the project site. This individual will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The On-Site Representative will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
    High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years construction site management
  • OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • Knowledge of G.L 149/149A, public and private construction procurement and processes, and construction industry laws, regulations, policies, and practices
  • Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and documents
  • Strong site management experience
  • Detailed reporting experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors
