Part-Time Clinical Consultant

Remote Virtual

Eastern or Central Time Zone Preferred

These Amplity consultants would be focused on completing due diligence as our client evaluates assets for possible acquisition to build-out their R&D and Commercial Pipeline. These consultants would be incorporated into our client Extended Leadership Team and engaged for their knowledge and expertise in strategic planning discussions, etc.

The due diligence process may include: - Assessing high-level information that is in the public domain to determine whether there is potential opportunity for an asset. - Assessing confidential information provided by a sponsor or investor to highlight areas for further, deeper diligence. - Conducting a detailed analysis of key risks to fully assess the opportunity for deal structuring. - Completing a preclinical review of pharmacology, toxicology, drug metabolism, toxicokinetic, clinical pharmacology, dose justification, CMC, clinical development plan, regulatory considerations, and commercial assessment, including forecast and NPV development.

We presently have a need for one Clinical Consultant and one Regulatory Strategist Consultant:

Amplity Clinical Consultant:

* MD, PhD, PharmD preferred but not required

* Prior Clinical Due Diligence experience preferred

* Orphan & Rare Disease experience preferred

* Neurological and/or Psy experience preferred

* Expected Time commitment ~ 20 hours per week but flexible if needed

* HQ Office is in Plymouth Meeting, PA but consultants can fully operate remotely leveraging technology platforms, etc.

* Primary focus is US market. EMA experience is nice to have but not required

* Start time is as soon as possible

Amplity Regulatory Strategist/Consultant:

* Prior Due Diligence Experience preferred

* Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC) Regulatory experience required

* Orphan & Rare Disease experience preferred

* Expected Time commitment ~20 hours per week but flexible if needed

* HQ Office is in Plymouth Meeting, PA but consultants can fully operate remotely leveraging technology platforms, etc.

* Primary focus is US market. EMA experience is nice to have but not required
