Clinical Aide Available Shifts
Day: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Evening: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Night: 11:00pm - 7:30am

  •  Make an Impact as a Clinical Aide! In your role as a Behavioral Health Clinical Aide, you will be a key component of our team, ensuring our patients have a Superior Patient Experience. Providing guidance to patients regarding all aspects of their treatment day, you will be an active member of our team, providing vital information that will contribute to the formulation of assessments, treatment plans, clinical formulations, progress notes, and continuing care planning. You will provide patient safety at all levels of care and promote consistent accountability towards treatment norms, boundaries, and expectations. By monitoring and interacting appropriately with patients to ascertain the community's mood and assessing patient behaviors, you will help identify problem/high-risk behaviors and assist the team with behavioral issues such as psychiatric, self-harming, agitation, isolation, and aggressive behaviors.

Experience & Education (Clinical Aide)
  • Prior behavioral health experience with addiction (preferred)
  • . Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a Human Services or related field (preferred)
