Bilingual Human Resources Manager- Kennett Square, PA

Our client, a highly reputable agricultural company, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join their HR team in Kennett Square, PA. The ideal individual will have extensive HR knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a strong employee relations background.

About You:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English required


• 4+ years of Human Resources experience


• Bachelor's degree required


• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Day to Day:

• Support the HR Director in the administration of employee engagement and retention programs


• Manage the HR Generalist and the Benefits Administrator


• Act as a subject matter expert for all employees regarding employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance


• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures


• Support full-cycle recruitment efforts such as screening resumes and interviewing candidates
