Job Description

*This position is open for all US territory as a remote position besides the listed locations.

This role is intended to be a leader, as well as a creative practitioner in multi-channel enterprise marketing, demand generation and account based marketing.Leading a small team, this position will be responsible for driving our acquisition, growth and retention of North America Commercial Print customers by developing and executing creative marketing strategies and programs.A key areas of focus for this role will be developing world-class ABM strategies that deliver measurable outcomes and leverage the innovative use of digital technologies

Responsibilities

  • Leads North America Print Marketing team.
  • Supports the business in building and driving awareness, thought leadership, demand, acquisition and customer retention through multi-channel broad and account-based marketing (ABM) activities.
  • Establishes winning and innovative culture for the team. Manages, mentors, inspires, and grows a team of dynamic and talented campaign managers.
  • Leads the development of end-to-end plans including campaign strategy, customer journeys, content plan, marketing mix, investments and key metrics.
  • Develops world-class ABM strategies in conjunction with Sales that deliver measurable outcomes and demonstrate innovative use of digital technologies.
  • Oversees plan execution working with supporting teams (advertising, content, alliance, channel and operations teams)
  • Establishes close collaboration with key stakeholders such as WW marketing, Product team, Regional business and Sales Leadership
  • Drives innovation within team by working with campaign managers to execute out-of-the box campaigns that create emotional connections with customers.
  • Communicates campaign strategies, plans and results to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Manages overall team budget. Ensures plans meet brand/awareness, performance, account engagement and impact target metrics.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or any field of study. An MBA degree is a plus.
  • 10+ year experience in B2B/ABM campaign strategy and development.
  • Full end-to-end-journey development expertise from awareness to consideration to evaluation.
  • Prior work history in Print industry and/or hi-tech segments is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in leading ABM campaigns including Strategy, Planning, Execution and Metrics/reporting.
  • Deep experience in working with sales on developing and orchestrating ABM strategies and execution.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and nurturing practices
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (eg, Eloqua) and ABM Orchestration platforms (eg Terminus).
  • Experience in channel marketing is a plus.
  • Expertise in messaging, storytelling and content marketing is critical.
  • Accomplishedpractitionerof strategic planning, extraction of market/user/account insights & agency briefing process
  • Proven data-driven marketing leader with deep understanding of journey data and metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to build, manage and influence direct reports and virtual teams.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to influence, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills

Ability to interface effectively with executive management and functional disciplines
