Sales Representative - Collegeville, PA

Our client, a specialty manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their expanding sales team. The ideal individual has prior B2B sales experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building new relationships with clients.

About You:

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience


• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Prior CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)


• A motivated work ethic and goal-oriented attitude


• Ability to work independently, while maintaining team goals

Day to Day

• High volume outbound calls to generate new business


• Cultivate relationships within assigned territory


• Develop and maintain strong market knowledge to offer the client the best-tailored solutions


• Provide detailed sales quotes for clients


• Manage ongoing needs and drive new development opportunities for client needs

This direct-hire role offers up to $60k base depending on experience plus a comprehensive commission structure.
