GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position is responsible for leading a group of analysts who support the development of solutions and solidifies existing processes that result in quantifiable financial success for DaVita's Revenue Operations (ROPS) function through the evolution of our Revenue Cycle (RC) systems.

Position has supervisory responsibility for recruitment, retention, hiring, professional development, performance review, succession planning, and termination for all direct reports.

The Manager of Revenue Operations, Business Analyst Team will lead a team of analysts who partner with Revenue Cycle Management and technology teams to ensure that the organization's information and communications technology (IT) systems support compliance and other key revenue cycle management performance metrics. They facilitate communication between the organization's business users and the IT requirements and development teams to enhance systems quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Organize the work of others, including planning, organizing, monitoring, troubleshooting, negotiating and reporting, as well as performance reviews, development planning, coaching and training. Liaising between the IT Business Analysis team and stakeholders: Meet with project teams, IT department partners and internal clients to ensure needs are met. Supporting projects as needed: May facilitate a wide range of initiatives to develop and implement operational business systems. The ideal candidate must be skilled in change management for system updates, system upgrades and associated process modifications. Facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, hiring and on-boarding Analysts and ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation. Manage the annual team budget.

Manage employee/team performance by setting objectives and performance metrics and standards and conducting performance reviews.
