As a 2020 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 8, 2020 and conclude on August 14, 2020.

About the team:

The Client Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) establishes and governs consistency across all aspects of the client lifecycle, collaborating with our Client Engagement partners to achieve our collective goals and ultimately drive an excellent client experience for all Banking Solutions clients. The CoE collaborates across Client Engagement teams to design and execute sustainable solutions that achieve our shared goals. Establish consistency and governance throughout the Client Engagement lifecycle in the disciplines of process, technology use, communications and reporting. Lastly the CoE champions new and innovative ways to deliver an excellent client experience in every interaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Support in the execution of strategic projects and high-priority initiatives for the Banking Solutions segment
  • Manage multiple assignments and execute within short timelines to deliver results through active project management
  • Make real-time plan adjustments as changes develop and provide regular status reporting to the team and management
  • Assist in developing ongoing reporting that will support business processes for enterprise strategic initiatives

What you bring:

  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2020 through May 2021)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
