What you will be doing:

You will work collaboratively with sales management, sales executives and/or strategic account managers to help achieve the team's sales goals and objectives. You will support prospecting, nurturing and developing key relationships with clients in markets FIS serves through our portfolio of software and services.

  • Work with Sales Team, Marketing and various business lines to identify and execute campaigns and/or initiatives to support sales goals
  • Manage a high volume of outbound call prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Articulate the value proposition of the solution set to prospective customers
  • Work with the assigned Sales VP, Sales Associates and Marketing to increase revenue attainment within region
  • Responsible for assisting in territory development to include use of tools like Avention, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data.com, Google Alerts, Marketo as well as other associated applications
  • Develop a sales pipeline to ensure continued meeting of team revenue targets

What is this position?

**This position is slated to start August 5, 2019**

The FIS 2019 Associate Development Program:

As a 2019 Associate Development Program participant with FIS, you will benefit from a two-year on the job training program. As a program participant you will have the opportunity to be mentored and participate in team projects, social events, community service activities work, and professional development seminars.

Upon the program start date, each ADP participant will complete a one-week orientation program where participants:

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

The ADP program participants will participate in monthly virtual trainings with their manager and while receiving bi-weekly performance feedback from their managers they will also receive accelerated performance reviews and merit increases every six-months throughout the two-year development program.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability
