Position supervises production employees at the Allentown, PA Division of HCSC-Laundry. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations/communications, safety and monitoring workflow. Daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow
Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer
Communicates production issues to management
Supervises, orients & trains employees
