Job Description
As a Senior Associate Consultant, you are often the face of Cerner to clients. You will maintain and cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives. You are a primary contact to coach and mentor other associate consultants. You will consult with the client and identify business needs and provide the client with recommendations for system design requirements to determine optimal solution build and implementation. You will travel to client sites to provide on-site implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of the client's Cerner Solution. You will work with internal teams, facilitate client meetings and facilitate key events to ensure that milestones are met and client goals are achieved.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of software implementation work experience
- At least two years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
- 2 years of experience and knowledge of EDI Transactions
- 2 years of Health Insurance Industry experience
- 2 years of experience and knowledge of Revenue Cycle workflows
- 2 years of previous experience in Health Care Environment
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Malvern metropolitan area
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
