JOB DESCRIPTION

Temp, Partner Services for Villanova Sports Properties

OVERVIEW: Fox Sports College Properties

The Temp position will assist with all partner related activities including activation and execution of all contractually obligated sponsorship elements to aid in the renewal and retention of sponsors and work to continuously increase the level of service and support offered by the Villanova Sports Properties and Villanova Marketing team to corporate partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will manage all in house print processes including collection and production of all partnership print assets.
• Will be assigned partnership projects to manage and execute back of the house function.
• Will maintain office inventory including premiums, product, promotional assets, and office supplies.
• Assisting in the formatting for all radio broadcast for both coaches shows and games as well as collaborating with the marketing team in fulfilling marketing spots.
• Will coordinate with marketing team on all social and digital scheduling for partnership fulfillment.
• Will assist in hospitality ordering and coordinating all vendor needs, making sure suites are fully stocked prior to tip-off.
• Responsible for working and attending team events, promotions and venue events along with planning and managing partner events.
• Must be able to work during all home games; multiple game day duties, including: Pre-Game Entertainment and activation, in game promotions, post-game recap.
• Work closely with other departments within the athletics department on partner related programs including but not limited to game operations, ticketing, public relations, marketing and facility operations.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One to two years of experience in a similar work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Photoshop.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail orientated and have strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Competency in social media, event planning and general marketing.
• Must demonstrate ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
