- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience in a senior living community, real estate, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to empathize with seniors and their families and provide compassionate guidance and support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
