· Tracking of Good Faith Estimates. · Ensuring all schedules are posted 14 days before the new schedule is posted. · Monitoring all Mass Communications and open positions. · Monitoring all shift changes that occur after schedules are posted. · Ensuring all changes that require predictability pay and/or right to rest pay are completed weekly. · Ensuring weekly files are organized according to the filing system guidelines. · Managing termination letters and providing the Workforce and Career Pathways Information Sheet to all separated employees. · Performing bi-weekly audit on all processes listed above. · Retention of all documents for 2 years. · Regular attendance is required. · Adherence to all Giant Company policies and work rules. JOB TASKS:

· The team member tracks all Good Faith Estimates to ensure they are provided upon hire and updated if a significant change occurs. All Good Faith Estimates should be updated every 90 days for all team members. · The team member ensures that all schedules are posted 14 days before the first new schedule in a conspicuous and accessible location where employee schedules are customarily posted. · The team member monitors Mass Communications to the store in the event of an open shift after the posting of schedules. · The team member updates open positions each month and posts them next to weekly schedules. · The team member monitors shift changes to include: o Team member-initiated changes o Employer initiated changes o Early arrivals/late starts to shift o Late arrivals/early completions of shifts o Team members working beyond scheduled shifts o Employee to employee transfer of shifts o Voluntary call offs and no call/no shows for shifts · The team member ensures that any schedule/shift changes that require predictability pay and/or right to rest pay are completed weekly. · The team member ensures that any scheduled or added shift that begins less than 9 hours after the end of the prior day’s shift, or a shift that spans 2 days has right to rest pay. · The team member manages terminations to provide a termination letter to all team members who are spearated. Termination letters are provided in person or via mail when applicable. · The team member provides The Workforce and Career Pathways Information Sheet to all separated employees either in person or via mail. · The team member performs monthly audits on Philadelphia Fair Workweek compliance and follows up with store management on audits’ findings. · The Team member manages the organization and retention of all in-store files and documents related to Philadelphia Fair Workweek.
