Crop Packging Engineering Mgr - Sr. Project Engineer - New Holland, PA

Job Description

Coordinate an Engineering Unit developing products and industrializing new technologies and ensuring time, cost, investments and quality objectives.

Responsible for the design and development of Crop Packaging product including GPD, Q&R, Cost Reduction, and other improvements.

Main Responsibilities are as follows:

• Project Execution
• Team Mentoring
• Project Planning and Budgeting

Requirements

• BS in Agricultural or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in design or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in design of agricultural equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in cross functional team environment.
• A Master Degree in engineering or management is preferred
• Experience effectively managing people.
• Proficiency in the management of major projects from conception to completion.
• Intimate working knowledge and experience with formal product development process.
