The Global Talent & Development Specialist/Client Experience provides research learning and development programs based on Customer Experience. This position will be based in Philadelphia, PA and additional responsibilities include and are not limited to:
* Coordinate and/or lead meetings and other courses as requested;
* Provide assistance during facilitation of program and conduct limited independent facilitation;
* Share insightful feedback gained during from programs with team mates, managers and other stakeholders;
* Monitor Ideas Generation software with Customer Experience Team, and identify development needs and ensure they are addressed and responded to in a timely manner by internal stakeholders;
* Build and nurture relationships with peers within and across Thomson Reuters businesses and leverage best practices identified through these associations for application within Healthcare and Science; and
* Proactively and creatively implement and apply continuous improvement processes, practices and procedures.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
* Excellent learning design and delivery skills;
* Ability to solve complex business problems using creative/innovation solutions;
* Strong team player capabilities; also must be able to work well independently across organizational boundaries and in a remote/virtual team environment;
* Ability to present to various levels of the organization, both in person and through WebEx;
* Excellent time, project management and organizational skills used to set priorities, maintain flexibility in a changing or ambiguous environment, and work effectively on multiple projects;
* Well organized and disciplined with regards to process, policy, procedure and standards;
* Excellent needs identification, consultancy skills and clear and concise communication of complex ideas; and
* Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for the role. Global travel possible.
