Senior Marketing Manager - Horsham, PA-327248

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic development and planning for new business opportunities to existing Agents and attracting new Agents/Agencies to sell OIS products
Drive and execute Agent and consumer marketing strategies and campaigns
Create sales and marketing collateral/tools to educate and promote the AARP Medicare Supplement (as a single product and combined with the AARP MedicareRx product) to the Agents/Agencies to drive increased sales activity
Produce marketing materials to support business development and agent recruiting efforts
Evaluate and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives
Track and measure effectiveness of all campaigns
Manage advertising agency(ies) on creative development and deliverables
Manage and track budget activity

Qualifications

Qualifications:

BA/BS in marketing or related experience; MBA preferred
Background in the insurance/healthcare industry a plus
7 years in marketing developing and managing marketing campaigns
5 years experience implementing and leading marketing campaigns
5 years experience managing projects and leading teams that do no directly report to you
Strong oral and written communication skills and group presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external partners (brokers/agents); prior experience working with Agents desirable
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities
Solid quantitative skills to track and forecast results
Some travel required
